How do I secure my wedding date?

We advise that you arrange to view our beautiful venue in the first instance, either by attending a wedding fayre or contacting us to arrange a private viewing. You can email jel@woodfarmverdon.co.uk to secure a viewing date and viewings are by appointment only please. We can offer daytime, evening and weekend viewing times – just get in touch with us. If you wish to proceed and book your wedding date with us then we will guide you through the process, confirm the deposit amount with you and create a contract for all parties to sign. It’s as simple as that!

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

We can hold a maximum of 100 guests for ceremony and afternoon reception. We can then accommodate up to 150 guests for your evening reception. There are no minimum guest numbers at Wood Farm!

Can I bring pets to my wedding?

YES, of course you can. We are all huge animal lovers and enjoy nothing more than accommodating your pet pals! Have a chat with us to talk about your specific needs but we would be delighted to have your four legged friend attend your big day, as long as you are ok with us fussing them and asking for lots of cuddles!

 
Am I allowed sparklers?:

YES! We love sparklers, however we do ask that you provide buckets with sand/water and
that they are disposed of correctly. We do advise that they are down at a reasonable time as
fire and alcohol are not a great safety combination!

Are we allowed confetti:

We love confetti shots and the driveway works perfectly for them! We do ask that they are
dried flowers or flower petals only.

Can we have fireworks:

Unfortunately not due to be a rural location and plenty of neighbouring animals that often get distressed with the noise.

Can I get married onsite:

Yes, we are liscensed to host civil ceremonies both inside and out at Wood Farm!

Are we allowed to camp?

If your wedding is during the summer season, absolutely! We can also recommend a fab glamping company!
